Customer Reviews and Testimonials

Radarsign is a trusted source for the best quality radar speed signs on the market today. Here is what our customers have to say about us.

We have used two brands of driver speed signs but feel Radarsign speed signs are easier to install and set up than the competitor speed signs.

We really like the Safety in a Box package that Radarsign offers. The instructions were simple and straightforward and the installation was quick and easy. The pre-installed anchor bolts in the Sonotube form made it very buildable.

The signs are very visible to motorists, even on rainy nights.

We selected Radarsign because it was the most economical, and the TC-400 offered the features we needed. It is much easier to use and transport than a speed trailer.

The Radarsign speed signs have been very, very effective at increasing speed limit compliance by park visitors and park employees, alike.

Service and support by the Radarsign team, when we’ve needed it, has been excellent.

The signs work with our volume of cars. For example, on the Fourth of July holiday weekend, the park sees about 40,000 to 55,000 cars come and go through the gates.

Cars come blazing into town at 75 mph. The Radarsign driver speed signs are great reminders that drivers need to slow down. It’s nice to see the brake lights come on.

We learned about Radarsign, and initially bought one to try as a replacement for the previous manufacturer’s sign whose housing failed. Since that time, we’ve replaced all the signs with Radarsign brand and even purchased some additional units.

Radar speed signs have been very, very popular with our citizens and we now have a long wait list of people and communities who want a sign in their area.

Complaints about excessive speeding have dropped 70 percent since we installed the sign. Having that radarsign light up has created awareness for drivers that someone just complaining doesn’t. Complaints can be subjective—what seems excessive speeding to you might not seem that way to me. But when the sign tells them they’re definitely speeding, then they need to do something about it.

We bought additional brackets and installed them, so it’s easy to move the sign to other streets as needed. We move it around 2-3 times each week

Within two months of installing the sign, a drunk driver crashed and wiped out the sign. When city workers retrieved it from the side of the highway, we were shocked to find that it wasn’t destroyed. The signs are made fantastically. Some minor repairs needed to be made and it was like new.

It is working great. There has been a really good response. The townspeople are impressed. It is very easy to move. We absolutely love it. We leave the brackets up so that we can easily move it from one place to another.

Residents loves the signs, we have had a ton of compliments. Right now we have put them at our community swimming pool since it is summertime and there are so many children crossing the street.

This is the first year that the city can plan to use radar signs on main thoroughfares in the winter because, unlike speed trailers, these will not interfere with snow plows. They will not have to be moved when the streets need to be cleared.

We can use them almost anywhere, even on streets that were previously inaccessible to speed trailers.

The signs are a reminder to residents to keep their speed in check, and it is a reminder that the town board is looking out for their safety

Besides its mobility, the price of the TC-400 was what we were looking for. It’s lightweight, installation is easy and everything is user-friendly. I call it our ‘suitcase radar’, because we can just pop it off the pole and set it back up in a new location so easily…Our first sign, the TC-400, reduced speeding complaints so well that we hardly ever get them anymore. We noticed the same reaction when we installed the TC-600 signs: people hit the brakes when they see the signs. Most people just don’t realize how fast they’re going—they don’t pay attention. The signs make them more aware of their speed and location.

For the city, it always comes down to price and what you get for the price. Our driver feedback signs are worth the money for the quality. They have great value—what the Radarsign brand puts in the package and their competitors don’t.
