Customer Reviews and Testimonials

Radarsign is a trusted source for the best quality radar speed signs on the market today. Here is what our customers have to say about us.

Our Radarsign brand signs are giving us what we’re looking for, which is useful data on traffic and speeds. The signs work. They’re a deterrent to speeding…One of the biggest pluses for us was that the Streetsmart software was a one-time purchase, rather than an annual license fee like most other manufacturers we looked at, especially with the size of our department and funding concerns.

We started with two, then went to four, and now we’re up to 10 radar speed signs in the city. The Radarsign brand signs are easy to maintain …practically maintenance free.

Residents of our HOA were complaining about speeding and wanted speed humps. After much research I determined that the best solution was driver speed signs from Radarsign, not speed humps. Almost immediately after installing the signs, complaints about speeding stopped.

We are able to show data to city leaders when their constituents have complaints. The signs gives us the facts to back up what is actually going on out there.

They work! Radarsign got back to me quickly and was reasonably priced. They were also easy enough to install.

We purchased the 4 signs to be used on a long street that connects the residential area leading into and out of the school university. We noticed lots of speeding on this long stretch of road so they have placed 2 signs east bound 2 signs west bound.

The administrative staff have noted that they are noticing people are slowing down and that has made them very happy with our purchase.

I started researching safety measures we could add, and found that several of the 17 schools in the UNC system were using the Radarsign brand. I contacted them and got great feedback.

Some 60,000 people move through the Georgia Tech jurisdiction each day. We chose Radarsign primarily because of the data gathering capabilities of the Streetsmart software. Several other vendors had it available, but required an annual fee. The value of that software functionality over the lifetime of the signs—and not a recurring cost—was a better deal.

Customer service, especially, has been quick and responsive. A lot of vendors make promises during the sales phase, then are hard to reach when you need them. But not Radarsign.

We looked at several vendors, and chose Radarsign because of the ballistic glass that covers the sign face, the durability, and the life of the LEDs. It’s a great product; and speeds have decreased by a significant amount. We’ve never had any problems. Once they’re up, they’re up. We’re trying to implement more in the future.

My officers love the signs because they can just put it in their car and go…and Streetsmart software helps us to know when to assign officers to an area if it turns out there is a problem, instead of guessing when to send them out.

I would recommend the Radarsign brand and buy more.

Our community really liked the idea of radar signs; we also knew that the average traffic speeds were 37-45 miles per hour, which is well above the posted limits…The Radarsign brand signs have worked well. They’re a good reminder that school’s in, kids are crossing and there’s just too much traffic for you to be driving faster than the limit.

I looked at everybody that was out there. I liked the quality of Radarsign. I liked the durability, the YouTube video showing the design and manufacturing, and especially the vandalism part. I was also impressed with the traffic reporting capabilities. ..Our department of public works installed the signs, and then told me, That’s one beefy sign—not just a flimsy piece of plastic we’ll have to replace

Our TC-400 is pretty lightweight, which makes it easy to move. The officers have noticed a reduction in speeding in the locations the radar speed signs were installed. We’ve seen a marked difference in speeding and complaints in our residential neighborhoods. We put them in stealth mode at times and have noticed a 4-5 mile per hour difference than when they’re lit. So we know the sign’s doing its job.

It’s important for us to have the data. Instead of automatically looking at spending hundreds of thousands of dollars for permanent traffic calming measures (construction based alterations to the roadway), with the data I can go to Council and say, Here’s what’s really going on.

As of Oct 25, 2019, I retired from the City of Muscle Shoals. Thank you for all the help you’ve given me over the years. I wish all vendors were as easy to work with as Radarsign, LLC.

We have traffic calming projects in different areas. We wanted to see if feedback signs would drive down speeds. And, so far, the results have been good. We are planning to get two more.

We looked at Radarsign and a competitor. The prices were similar, but the Radarsign seemed more durable and offered more features. They are well made.
